We certainly won’t be giving you a meal plan or strict diet to follow, instead we’ll show you what good nutrition looks like, and help you build simple habits that support your results.

When does the programme start?
Our next intake will start on 16th March.
What days/times are the sessions?
Mon & Wed - 6am, 7am, 9:15am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Tue - 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thur - 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Fri - 6am, 7am, 9:15am
Sat - 8am, 9am
We operate a flexible booking system, allowing you to book sessions around your life.
Where do sessions take place and how long do they last?
We train in our studio at Unit 11, White Horse Business Centre, Devizes, SN10 2HJ. Sessions last 45-50 minutes.
Do you have parking and changing rooms?
There is free parking on site, access to a toilet, and we have a changing room, but unfortunately no showers.
What sort of stuff will I be doing?
Our sessions are built around strength training with a sprinkle of fitness work. We utilise various bits of kit such as barbells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, medicine balls, and your bodyweight at varying points in time.
It really doesn't matter if you've never done certain things before, we’re here to help you feel more competent and confident in your training.
But I really am unfit!
Everyone starts with the same worry, but we have honestly never had someone be too unfit. The workouts can be easily adjusted to match your current level of fitness, meaning you can start making amazing progress from wherever you are.
So what exactly do I get?
An introductory session to help you get started.
Access to 12 or 18 small group strength sessions over a six week period.
Nutrition guidance and support from your coach, as needed.
The opportunity to transform your fitness, body, and confidence.
What happens if I can't make a session(s)?
We understand that life happens and things creep up, meaning you might miss the odd session. Due to this we allow seven weeks to complete all available sessions.
And what happens after the six weeks, is there a way I can continue?
Absolutely, at the end of the six weeks you’ll be offered the chance to continue with us on a monthly basis (over 85% of people do). We're here to help you get started, but we’d also love to play a part in your continued success.
