WHAT DOES FIT #42 ENTAIL?
Six weeks of training three times per week in our women’s group training sessions
These are intimate groups of up to eight, allowing us to coach you personally, whilst providing all the benefits that training with other people brings. The training is expertly designed so that no matter your current fitness level, you can slot in and start achieving great results. Our sessions are built around resistance training with a sprinkle of fitness work, in order to shape your body, increase your strength, and improve your fitness.
Nutrition guidance to help you maximise your results
We certainly won’t be giving you a meal plan, but we will show you what good nutrition looks like, and help you find simple strategies that support your progress.
Ongoing support and advice to ensure you keep progressing
We'd hate for you to be left guessing, so our support is always on hand to make sure you get everything you need to succeed, and we'll be personally checking in with you regularly to ensure you're totally happy.

TFC is built on community! We know that going it alone can be hard work — it's the reason so many fail — and that's why we’re assembling a tight knit team of women just like you, who'll also be there to ensure your experience is a truly positive one.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REGISTER?
We’ll arrange a quick call
This is so that we can find out a bit more about you and your exercise history, and discuss any concerns you might have.
2. Sign up
From there, hopefully we’ll get you signed up and ready to start training (hooray)!
3. Introductory session
We’ll first book you in for a short introductory session. Here you’ll meet your coach, and they’ll take you through some of the movements you can expect to experience in sessions. This will help us establish where you’re currently at and make you feel super comfortable moving forward.
4. Start booking and attending sessions
Your first six weeks as a TFC member will start. Get ready to look, feel, and perform life better!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does the programme start?
We are open from 14th July, but generally, the nature of the programme means you can get started as soon as you’re ready.
Can I book a trial session first?
We don’t offer trial sessions at this time as we want to properly intro you first. However, if you sign up to the full programme and decide it’s not for you for any reason, we’ll happily refund your money. We’re proud to say this has never happened!
Where do classes take place and how long do they last?
We train in our new studio at Unit 11, White Horse Business Centre, Devizes, SN10 2HJ. Sessions last 45-50 minutes.
Do you have parking and changing rooms?
There is free parking on site, access to a toilet, and we have a changing room, but unfortunately no showers.
What sort of stuff will I be doing?
As mentioned, our classes combine resistance training and fitness work. In our programme we utilise various bits of kit such as barbells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, medicine balls, and your bodyweight at varying points in time.
It really doesn't matter if you've never done certain things before, our job is to help you feel more competent and confident in your training.
But I really am unfit!
Everyone starts with the same worry, but we have honestly never had someone be too unfit. The workouts can be easily adjusted to match your current level of fitness, meaning you can start making amazing progress from wherever you are.
So what exactly does my £159 buy?
18 small group training sessions over a six week period.
Ongoing nutrition support as needed to help you maximise your progress.
Access to daily support and advice from your coach.

Based on demand, we’ll be adding more hours on Tuesdays & Thursdays from September.
What happens if I can't make a session?
We understand that life happens and things creep up, meaning you might miss the odd session. Due to this we allow seven weeks to complete all available sessions.
And what happens after the six weeks, is there a way I can continue?
Absolutely, at the end of the six weeks you’ll be offered the chance to continue with us on a monthly basis (over 80% of people do). We're here to help you get started, but we’d also love to play a part in your continued success.
